Al Gore reads my blog!
While browsing itunes my sister said in a mocking tone "Al Gore's playlist is on itunes!" I came over to investigate. We discussed the types of music on his playlist and how he left huge comments about each song. We were rather amused with Mr Gore and his latest lunge for some more time in the public eye. Then it hit me the picture he used is directly similar in style to the picture I use (in a somewhat tongue in cheek manner) for my blog profile. Allthough I have a real distaste for Gore, it does give me some satisfaction that he admires me enough to copy the style of my photo.

You two are just the cutest together. I can picture you both standing there with your hands on your hip shouting nobly, "I'm Spartacus." Birds of a feather, baby.
Hey Dave, I think your next post should be your own iTunes playlist. Then, we can compare it to Mr. Gore's.
Melissa, doesn't this remind you of a certain photo taken on our choir tour in San Francisco? I can't remember the guy's name but we took a picture of him on a tour boat and he had the same facial expression, along with chest out and hands on hips.
Bwhahahahahaha. Amb, I was totally thinking about that kid when David posted this. I'm glad you haven't forgotten either. It's the "standing in the prow of the boat, wind in your hair, contemplating the meaning of existence" stance, and we used to strike his pose in fond imitation at opportune times thereafter. (I'll tell you his name when no one's listening in)
Rock on Dave, you're in good company.
I really want to know who considers Al Gore's opinion when buying music. Maybe it's like when celebrities try to talk about politics. Al must feel a little left out. Copying your picture, copying celebrities, lock box.

I don't know what you mean, Michelle. When I'm listening to new music, the overwhelming question I always ask myself is:
Would Al Gore like this song?
Strategery
Conversely, when I'm casting a vote on matters in national import, I always wonder:
Now, what would Barbra Streisand want me to do?
That way, I'm sure never to go wrong.
Rebecca,
You're a marketing genius.
Al Gore just called. He wants to know when you'll be blogging again.
